Yay!  I have registered for the Janet Arnold conference that will be in Florence!  Costume Textiles

They are only allowing 250 to register for the conference.  So far I know of at least 4 other friends that are going, including some of my NY friends that I don't get to see very often.  I've been looking at hotels vs apts vs hostels trying to decide where I want to stay.  (If anyone has recommendations, I'd love to hear them!)  So far we're hoping that Miss M's Aunt Sally will be coming to stay with her.  Just in case, though, I need to get her a passport.  We may also be going to Munich this year for a friend's wedding, and I haven't gotten a date confirmation on that yet.   

Serious Italian Renaissance geeking in my future, woo-hoo!
